Optimization Design Of Organizational Structure Of H Inspection Room

Since the the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the State Grid Corporation have been continuously reforming its inner organizational structure by modeling the enterprise management model of first-class energy enterprises in order to achieve the enterprise's expectation of "One Edge and Three Excellence".out of historical reason,the State Grid Corporation are faced with problems,such as outmoded management mode,slow marketing response,power vertical control,poor coordination,low work efficiency,complex division of labor and overlapping responsibilities.In order to solve these problem,it is imperative to conduct in-depth reform of personnel system,strive to pursue excellence and change the old-fashioned concepts in order to motivate the companies' innovation ability.Based on the author's person working experience,the study on the interior operational mechanism of H inspection room and the theories acquired in studying period in campus,such as personnel,organization,design of organization,the reconstruction of operation process,the author of this essay renovates the organizational structure of H inspection room and assign the working responsibilities for different roles under the guidance of personnel strategy of the corporation,following the reforming trend of flat and professional style.The new design could solve the chronic problems existing in the corporation,such as sluggish and poor decision making,confusion on duties,over division of groups,inadequate coordination,conflict between horizontal and vertical management,and the disparity of workload among staff of the same level.The study involves the investigation of many departments and groups of H inspection room and the interview with colleagues,thus gathering valuable first-hand documents.The author follow strictly the rule while designing organizational structures and analyze the H inspection room from various channels,finally creating a meaningful and feasible Matrix organizational system which is suitable for power supply enterprises in the State Grid Corporation.
