Since China's accession to the WTO,while foreign trade has developed rapidly,China's economic trade has become more closely integrated with other countries in the world.However,in the recent years of advocating global economic integration,the world economy is in a post-turmoil period of adjustment.The slowdown in international demand,the rise of trade protectionism,and the global populism have caused many incidents-of which affect the world economy and politics.Give a certain influence to China.2011 has become a turning point for China's foreign trade.From China's accession to the WTO to 2011,export growth is stable at more than 20%growth in all but the 2008 financial crisis.However,from 2012 to 2016,export growth has increased from more than 20%to 7%.Even in 2014,this trend changed from growth to decline.How to stabilize exports and further promote exports has become the current theme.Scholars believe that it is possible to start with governments,companies,and the third-party organizations to improve the current situation.This article is based on a combination of domestic and international researches on relevant literature,using data from China and 24 trading partners as a sample of research on the relationship between trade promotion agencies like the third-party organizations and exports,therefore,provides guidelines and recommendations for stabilizing and even promoting exports based on the perspective of trade promotion agencies.Firstly,this paper puts forward the necessity of studying the relationship between trade promotion agencies and export according to the double background of domestic and foreign current economic trade;In the second part,it presents the sorting literature about the emergence of trade promotion agencies both at home and abroad,while sorting out literature which carries on the export of dual margins.What's more,on this basis,the study of trade promotion agencies influence export research documents is reviewed;The third part is based on the previous studies,of which the theory of heterogeneous enterprise in trade costs for bridge,from the transaction cost,the game theory and public resources pond representing three angles to elucidate the way trade promotion agencies using to reduce cost,in turn,affect trade export,and through theoretical analysis it considers that trade promotion agencies can reduce the part of the cost in the trade growth and then boost exportsThe fourth part is a brief description of the present situation of the export and the development of the generalized trade promotion agency;The fifth part is the basis through the theoretical basis to build the country categories model,for making three types of export product technology level regression analysis,of which finally found that the trade promotion agencies at the same time promoting the export of new products and old ones would take more effect on the new products.Meanwhile,the influence on which trade promotion agencies set up overseas branches in developed countries than in developing countries has a more obvious role in promoting,and trade promotion agencies can promote the products in the technical level of the middle and lower to export;The last part expounds the research results,and suggestions are put forward according to the portion of the following part result:we should further improve trade promotion agencies's business scope,abilities and the quality of service;Assisting enterprises to exploit the export market of new products;At the same time,assisting enterprises to improve the technical level of export products.
