In recent years,with people's increasing emphasis on the concepts of "return to nature" and "green consumption",natural plant medicines have gradually become the first choice for health care,and the Chinese Medicine is the representative of natural plant medicines.At present,with the internationalization of the world economy and the development of integration,Chinese Medicine companies are important subjects for Chinese Medicine products to enter the international market.Therefore,the study of the internationalization strategies of Chinese Medicine companies is important to Chinese Medicine industry.through research on existing literature on the internationalization of traditional Chinese Medicine companies and the Chinese medicine industry,this paper has found that many traditional Chinese Medicine companies generally lack scientific and technological innovations,which resulted in the traditional Chinese medicine industry has been long at the low end of the global natural pharmaceutical industry value chain.while few companies use modern clinical methodology to verify the efficacy of Chinese Medicine products.For the above existing problems,this paper selects the TASLY Group as the research object.First of all,taking the TASLY Group's exports,multinational scientific research cooperation and transnational investment as the starting points and analyzing its internationalization status,it was found that the company has always beencommitted to the secondary R&D and practice of Chinese Medicine products,laying the technical foundation for the internationalization of traditional Chinese Medicine;The PEST and Porter Five Forces models were used to analyze the macro-environment and competitive environment affecting the global strategy of TASLY Group.The threats in SWOT were interpreted using the results obtained by Porter's five-force model and the opportunities in SWOT were explained by Porter's five-force model.At the same time,the internal factors of the company's implementation of the internationalization strategy were analyzed and the advantage of the industry chain's re-innovation was created.In the process of studying the TASLY Group's internationalization strategy,on one hand,the analysis concluded that its main product of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill has continuously achieved the connection with the most stringent international drug standards after undergoing phase III clinical trials in the United States through evidence-based medicine.on the other hand,the study found that enterprises can promote the internationalization of the TASLY Group through the international strategy of the sub regions.Finally,according to the TASLY Group's international strategy,this article aims to bring inspiration to the internationalization of the Chinese Medicine industry in China.
