The position of the power industry in the national economy determines that there are great differences between the power enterprises and the enterprises in other industries in the responsibility for safety in production.The accidents in power enterprises are not onlyrelated to the reputation and economic benefits of the enterprises,it will also have a great impact on social production,people's lives and even social stability.In recent years,the total number of electric grid incidents and equipment incidents in China's electric power enterprises has been on an overall downward trend,but the number of casualties and death toll have risen.Inordertokeep safe production and stable operation,power companies have to realizethat human security is an important research direction for safety production in the future.In this paper,A power company,forexample,the paper summarizes the theories related to the dissertation,including the conceptions of human-based management,the theoretical overview of human-caused engineering and the theoretical basis of human-based management in human-based management.Then from the perspective of human resource management,an empirical analysis model to be built,to analyzes the influence factors of A electric power company operating performance and the factors influence,innovation to human resource structure was further divided into two aspects of professional and technical level and job qualifications,and the enterprise organization management rationality and factory environment,equipment ChengXinDu factors other than human resources in the empirical model were analyzed.Found that,the enterprise organization and management process minimal impact on technical efficiency,compared with workers professional level and professional ability of technical efficiency contribution is bigger,the professional ability of their own jobs than existing prof-essional staff of enterprise technical efficiency influence is greater.At last,it puts forward to improve management mode by taking humane management methods,updating machinery and equipment,reducing the work difficulty of employees,attaching importance to employees' work environment and so on,and using the advantages of human factors engineering.Reversing the status of human factors in our country's enterprises is bound to become a necessity for the development of modern enterprises.It is imperative to enhance enterprise management and laborers' understanding of human factors and to implcement human factors in business management to protect Workers' personal safety is a win-win goal for improving the working environment of workers and enhancing their work enthusiasm so as to achieve common development for both employees and enterprises.In order to promote the development of enterprises and even the society,this paper provides a reference through the research on the application of human factors in human resources management to promote the improvement and development of human-based management.
