Impacts Of China's Outward Foreign Direct Investment On Domestic Industry Upgrade

Since the reform and opening up 30 years of development,Our country's economy has made great achievements,and it has become the world's second largest economy,accumulated a large amount of foreign exchange reserves.At the same time of actively attract foreign capital,foreign investment activity has also been booming.However,The development of China still exist many problems,irrational industrial structure,technical level is not high has become an important bottleneck restricting of China's economic development.To break this bottleneck,promote domestic industrial transformation and upgrading has become the only way for China's industrial development through foreign direct investment.Theoretical research on foreign investment in developing countries is less,and the way of economic transformation in China of the mode and upgrading the industrial structure has no experience can be based on,therefore,the effect of China's foreign investment in industrial upgrading problems still need further analysis and discussion.In order to further discuss the effects of foreign direct investment on industrial upgrading,the paper through the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the statistical data to Chinese research study.First,by reading a large number of documents,to clarify the theoretical basis of foreign direct investment and industrial transformation and upgrading of the status of foreign investment and industrial development of our analysis.On this basis,the model,the empirical analysis,qualitative test results.The results showed that foreign investment have a positive effect in promoting industrial upgrading,not only to increase productivity but also to optimize the industrial structure.Finally,according to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results,from the state and the enterprise two aspects put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
