Research On Comprehensive Utilization Of Land In Shantytowns Of Ningbo Based On Quality Enhancement

The reconstruction of shantytowns is a major systematic project,which can benefit people's livelihood,promotes development and realizes harmony.According to the requirements of the related deployment,Ningbo launched a large-scale urban shantytowns reconstruction work in November 2014,which focused on the old residential areas.In the past 2014-2017 years,Ningbo started to reconstruct 130 thousand households and 12.31 million square meters of shantytowns.Among them,3.59 million square meters of old residential areas were finished.With the raising number of affective projects,how to develop and utilize these lands of shantytowns more efficiently,in order to promote the quality of the city and promote the organic renewal of the city has become a huge problem to solve urgently.In order to provide scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization of land after the reconstruction of shantytowns and make it an important issue of quality enhancement in Ningbo,this thesis promotes some countermeasures and suggestions for comprehensive utilization of land in shantytowns of Ningbo.This thesis,staring from the connotation of quality enhancement,linked with the current situation and problems of reconstruction of shantytowns,formed the target system of quality enhancement with three aspects of "Top-level design,Economic dimension and Livelihood dimension",and used it in the comprehensive utilization of land in shantytowns of Ningbo.As to the current situation of land in shantytowns of Ningbo,this thesis divides the started projects of shantytowns into 4 categories:core plots,suburban plots,characteristic plots and scattered plots.After investigating the typical plots of every type and researching relative planning,this thesis arranges typical problems in every plots at present,studying the progress of practice of urban renewal at home and abroad and put forward the countermeasures suitable for comprehensive utilization of land in shantytowns of Ningbo.In order to improve the quality of the land in shantytowns,the countermeasures of the comprehensive utilization of the land in shantytowns include the planning and overall planning in the Top-level design,the innovation of development mode in the Economic dimension,the promotion of the social welfare in the Livelihood dimension and so on.In addition,the countermeasures to adapt to the development of different types of land are also put forward.In order to make the countermeasures more valuable,this thesis also puts forward the concrete implementation suggestions on the economic dimension and the livelihood dimension for the typical plots of different types,and implements the comprehensive utilization of land in the planning and construction.
