At present,China's economy is growing at a higher rate,the rapid development of urban construction,urban land resources unprecedented tension,how to strengthen the intensive use of urban land resources become a priority.In 2008 the State Council put forward to improve the efficiency of construction land,encourage the development and utilization of underground space on 2009,Guangzhou proposed to explore new ways to the development and use of land,construction land approval,supply and use of closely related departments in collaboration with the whole process of supervision system.In the process of economic development and urbanization,the urban traffic demand is increasing sharply.Many big cities regard the development of rail transit as the strategic and long-term task to solve the urban traffic problems.According to the survey,in 2020 the total mileage of the national rail transportation is expected to reach 3000 km,in 2050 will reach a total of more than 11 thousand and 700 km,rail traffic will become the main tool to solve the future problems of large and medium cities in china.In the construction of rail transit and rail transit depot has become indispensable to the construction of supporting depot,mostly located in the outskirts of the city district,covers an area of large,small,low building density and strength with single function,the land use of vehicle itself and the surrounding is still at a low level,is a city of intensive land the use of the short board.Through to the domestic and foreign Metro Depot comprehensive utilization research,we believe that the demonstration and optimization of the planning and design of full vehicle can avoid the waste of land resources,at the same time,the development of buildings in the form can improve the efficiency of land use,to create harmonious and livable city environment,through the subway vehicle base to develop,to restore the city scale and the space form should be given more,as the original single attribute of land of city function.The premise of Guangzhou Metro Group Company,land condition,traffic location,development cost and environmental impact of many factors such as the comprehensive analysis of Guangzhou city rail transit network lines depot planning,put forward to the No.six line of Luogang depot vehicle section of the upper cover platform development,at present,Baiyun Lake depot Zhenlong Depot five depot development in construction.However,due to the huge investment in the project,and has the characteristics of one-time and fixed,once completed,it is difficult to change,so it is necessary to study the risk management of the project.This thesis attempts to research on the project risk management,to identify systematic of project risk analysis and response,the profit and loss balance method and sensitivity analysis method of project risk analysis in the risk assessment process,and strive to in theory and practice to explore a set of optimal risk response measures to provide beneficial the reference and research but also for the subway depot development risk management.
