Manufacturing production and processing activities are based on market demand,and nowadays the market demand is changing over time,so that the production tasks of some manufacturing enterprises are different in different periods.So the traditional workshop facilities layout in response to facilities between the dynamic flow of the situation,the material transport costs will have a greater waste.In order to solve this problem,this paper studied the layout of the workshop,and gave the research on detach-reconfigurable facilities layout.The main contents include:Firstly,a method of reconfigurable layout based on detachable facilities was presented for a single production cycle.The space filling curve was introduced in this method which was used to describe the facilities locations that could realize the swap between any two facility function modules after the split.The detach-reconfigurable facilities layout mathematic model according to the cost(including material shipping cost,facility restructuring cost)was established.Genetic algorithm and improved particle swarm optimization algorithm were combined to design the genetic-particle swarm optimization algorithm in the model,the constraint of facility processing capacity to facility splitting scheme and material processing path was considered.Finally,the optimization result was compared with the reconfigurable layout result when the facilities were not split,that could reflect the superiority of the layout after the similar facilities were split,and an example was given to illustrate t he effectiveness of the method.Secondly,the single production cycle was made extend to multiple production cycles.In order to minimize the total cost of production after multiple cycles,This paper drew on WW algorithm in inventory management field.The idea of the algorithm was used to solve the decision-making problem of the shop floor facility in which periods need to be reconstructed.Then the WW algorithm had been designed to deal with multi-cycle reconstruction decision,and elaborated its process in detail.Finally,a multi-cycle example was given,then combined the method of reconfigurable layout based on detachable facilities in single production cycle with the WW algorithm,the scheme of multiple cycles reconfigurable layout based on detachable facilities was given under this example.
