With the rapid development of modern service industry in China, business integration has become an important approach for business model innovation. As the leading service industry,E-commerce requires frequent cross-domain and cross-industry business integrations.Besides, with the blooming of the E-commerce ecosystem, its application system is becoming more and more complex. As a technological support for E-commerce,the business middleware platform is responsible for helping developers quickly build application systems and providing support for rapid business integration. At present, the business systems in the e-commerce field involve various types of services. The traditional integrated business process modeling methods cannot effectively describe and identify various types of services, which results in poor reusability of business-level resources and poor business integration.Besides, the existing research on business convergence technology is still in the initial stage,it is unable to support business-level resource reuse and fast services testing, which causes the long business deploying time and low adaptability with the E-commerce business models. Moreover, although middleware technology has been widely used in various fields,it still focuses on reusing the software code to develop application systems and neglects the business resources. The existing middleware technology cannot effectively support rapid service integration and customization, there is still a huge gap between business staff and technical staff. In order to solve the above issues, the thesis presents the proposed key technologies in the middleware to support business integration in E-commerce field and demonstrates the corresponding platform. The main contributions are as follows:(1)Firstly,for the existing business process models do not consider business resources problem,we propose a business modeling approach for E-commerce.Specifically,we first extract the three key metrics of the E-commerce business by analyzing the operation mechanism and then design the business meta process accordingly.Following that,we design a business layered model which includes business processes, page templates, business services and capabilities. It is an extension of traditional activity-centric business processes and it unifies businessidentification methods, isolates business data and provides a reference template for the new business to enter the E-commerce field.Business standard model supports business integration, which greatly improves service reusability.(2)Secondly,for the problem that existing business integration methods cannot support multi-layer business model integration,we propose a novel integration method based on the proposed business layered model. It supports four-layers model integration, the key is the integration of the business processes, page templates and business services. We calculate the similarities and differences between business processes to construct the merging domain. Then we merge the modules bound to get the initial model. After simplifying it according to predefined rules,we get the final business model. This method is more suitable for the integration of complex business in E-commerce filed.(3)Lastly,we designed and implemented an E-commerce middleware platform to support business customization. It consists of service agreement standards and basic capabilities. The platform is designed friendly for both developers and business staff. On one hand, business staff can use the resources provided by the platform to flexibly customize the business and figure out innovative plan.On the other hand, developers can easily update the business resources according to the feedback of business staff and business requirements. The business staff oriented E-commerce middleware effectively improves the business development speed.
