Research Of Business Process Modeling And Application Based On Component

Facing the changeable marketing circumstances,having an information system with strong agility and flexibility which effectively supports the coordination among the departments of the enterprise,helping realize the innovation and development of management,achieving the maximization of the interests,enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises is in need for manufacturing enterprises in the soon coming future.A strong information system is a quick key to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper comes out a business process model aiming at the changeable modern enterprise organizational structure and focus on putting forward a method to construct the model based on the components of modern manufacturing enterprises.This paper firstly strictly defined the concept,connotation and extension of business components;secondly,deeply analyzed the business process modeling method which is based on service components of enterprise;finally,applies the conceptual model into real practices of enterprise through a two-month field research in CRRC Puzhen Vehicle Co.,Ltd.and Wuxi CTCI.The business component modeling method based on the model of business process builds the procedural model for inventory management,main production plan and material planning of Wuxi CTCI.The research shows that the modeling method proposed in this paper can effectively solve the problem of business process modeling,and lay a solid foundation for further enterprise informatization.On the basis of the theory of components,this paper studies the specific process of enterprise from the micro-view,which makes the model more suitable for the actual operation of modern enterprise.Through the construction of the business component model,the problem of strengthening enterprise flexibility can be traced from the source,and the competitiveness of the enterprise could be promoted from the root.
