As an important part of the tertiary industry, tourism has important implications for expanding fiscal revenue and promoting employment. In recent years,as the level of resident consumption has risen, the demand for tourism has also increased. Therefore, the factors that have been taken into consideration in finding out the choices of consumers in tourist cities and how to better meet the needs of consumers have become The Urgent Problems to be solved in the Process of Urban Tourism Development and Construction. This paper combines the two methods of questionnaire survey and two-dimensional panel data model, from the perspective of subjective factors and objective factors,to study the influencing factors that affect tourism development.Firstly, the subjective factors of consumers are investigated through questionnaire survey.Based on the data pretreatment of the index data collected from the questionnaire survey, descriptive statistical analysis is performed on the index data, and factor analysis, correspondence analysis, etc.are used at the same time.Research methods are studied in depth to obtain subjective factors that affect tourism development.Secondly, based on the data types and data features of objective factors,a fixed effect model of two-dimensional dynamic panel data is constructed. At the same time, missing variables generated during the modeling process are also considered.A lagged term was introduced, and the parameters of the model were estimated using the generalized moment estimation method. The model was tested and analyzed to obtain the objective factors affecting tourism development. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The subjective factors affecting tourism development are: interpersonal factors, physical health factors, value factors, and mental health factors.(2)The objective factors affecting tourism development are: lagging behind the number of passengers in January, the level of urban economy(GDP)and the number of exhibitions, and these factors have a positive impact on the number of urban tourists;air quality has a negative impact on the number of urban tourists.,And the impact is more significant; In addition, the price of gasoline, star hotel prices and whether it is Golden Week has no significant effect on the number of urban travelers. This article studies the factors affecting the development of urban tourism from the subjective and objective point of view, and introduces a lagging item in the application of the model to overcome the effects of missing variables. The result is more scientific and reasonable;the results are consistent with the facts. It has a certain guiding significance for the development of urban tourism.
