Research On The Influencing Factors Of Farmland Transfer Based On Panel Data Model

With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid adjustment of social and economic structure,a series of changes have taken place in social and economic conditions,regional industrial structure and the trend of employment of rural labor force.Due to the significant differences among regions in social and economic conditions,local policy preferences,agricultural development level and farmers' cultural background,the development of farmland transfer market in different regions is not balanced.Such regional differences not only reflect the differences in the development degree of farmland transfer market in different regions at the present stage,but also reflect the gap in agricultural development and farmers' living standards in different regions in the future.Under such a realistic background,it is of great significance to probe into the differences of influencing factors of inter-regional agricultural land transfer in China in order to understand the differences in the level of inter-regional agricultural land transfer market.Firstly,this paper analyzed the development status of China's farmland transfer market and the differences among the eastern,central and western regions from various aspects.Combining with the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the factors affecting farmland transfer,we constructed the index system of influencing factors of farmland transfer in China and proposed the hypothesis of influencing factors of farmland transfer based on theoretical analysis.Secondly,based on the panel data of farmland transfer in eastern,central and western regions of China from 2000 to 201 5,this paper constructs a fixed effect model to demonstrate the influencing factors of farmland transfer in China.Finally,based on the above conclusions,this paper discusses the influencing weight differences of various factors on the level of agricultural land transfer in different regions,and discusses the root causes of the differences.The research conclusion of this paper is helpful to understand the regional differences in the development process of farmland transfer market in China more clearly and to discuss the influencing factors of farmland transfer and the differences among different regions.The conclusion of this paper has certain reference significance for formulating the policy system of farmland transfer and promoting the stable,orderly and coordinated development of China's farmland transfer market.
