Evaluation And Countermeasure On Coordinated Development Of Urban-rural Areas In China

At this stage, imbalance of development between urban and rural is the problems and challenges in China. To promote the process of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in China, we need to clarify the connotation, ideas and key. In this paper, the problem of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas has made the related research.Firstly, we had combed the urban-rural relations theory at home and abroad, and summarized the four patterns of urban and rural development. Through the understanding of the document, the experience of coordinated development between urban and rural was put forward.Secondly, based on constructing comprehensive evaluation index system of coordinated development of urban- rural, after the urban-rural coordinate degrees in 1997-2011 are calculated, a conclusion that the average level of the coordinated development of urban-rural is overall rising but the whole trend is smooth in China is reached. For more in-depth analysis of regional diversity of the coordinated development level of urban-rural, according to the east, middle and west, northeast packet, using the Theil indices to decompose inter-region diversity of coordinated development level of urban-rural and study its change trend, a conclusion that the regional diversity of coordinated development level of urban-rural has a trend of convergence for the whole country, inter-zonal, intra-zonal in the recent 10 years in China is reached. Inter-zonal diversity is the main factor causing the whole country diversity, in the four regions, intra-zonal diversity in eastern region is the largest.In this paper, analyzed the root of the disorder from the aspects of theory, history, system, policy and so on, and evaluated and analyzed the results combined with the regional differences and change trend, after the affirmation of the problems of China’s urban and rural development not harmonious.This paper selects the infrastructure construction in the urban and rural development for empirical analysis, in order to put forward the related policy suggestion for our country in the construction of infrastructure problems in urbanization process.In the end, some views and suggestions have put forward about the coordinated development of urban and rural areas of our country from the three angles:area of the space effect, the integration of urban and rural areas and rural industrialization.
