Research On Y Corporation Operation Control Method Based On ITSM

With the development of economic globalization and the continuous innovation of modern management methods,the operation and management of IT enterprises are also becoming more and more complex.Any one of the IT service organizations,processes,tools and performance management will affect the quality and scope of IT service providers,Efficiency and effectiveness.As a special service,information and communication technology is related to the informatization development of all walks of life and faces more opportunities and challenges.Therefore,IT service providers how to carry out effective operation and management,establish a scientific IT operation and control system is very necessary and has profound practical significance.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the research status at home and abroad,this thesis takes Y company's IT operation system as the research object,draws lessons from the ITSM model,builds the ITSM Y company operation control model,reveals the inherent law of IT operation and management to improve Y company's operation system Ability to deal with unexpected risk shocks.Mainly from the following three aspects:(1)Based on the research of ITSM best practices,we describe the key endogenous and exogenous factors affecting the IT operation management system according to the structure and characteristics of Y company's business,and establish the set of characteristic factors of IT operation system.Using the basic structure and thought of ITSM model,the correlation between each characteristic factor and each component in the operation system control model is analyzed.The P.P.T.structure model is applied to establish the "1+4" operation control model of Y company based on ITSM.(2)According to the established Y company's operation control model,this thesis analyzes the types of risks and shocks that Y company's operation control system may face,and considers the state change rules of the system when it is under the impact of unexpected risks.The influence of each characteristic factor on the adaptation process and the recovery process after different risk shocks were compared and analyzed,and the key influencing factors were obtained.(3)On the basis of the research of operation control model,correlate the operational performance of Company Y,and explore the strategies and methods for the optimization of Company Y's operating system.According to the analysis of the key influence factors of the operation system,the relationship between the characteristic factors and the operation performance is established,then the optimization model of Y company's operation system is established,the characteristic factor shaping under the optimal condition is researched,and the relationship between each factor and the goal of system optimization Between the different impact of the relationship between the system to optimize the decision-making support.The research results of this thesis can enrich the IT operation and management control system,provide a novel and vivid method for the optimization of IT operation management,and also provide some reference for the choice of IT operation optimization strategy.
