In the face of new changes and new situations in the domestic and foreign market economy,more and more companies are beginning to seek innovative cooperation between upstream and downstream member companies of the supply chain,integrating various internal and external resources required for enterprise innovation.Give full play to their respective advantages.In order to manufacturer-driven supply chain,innovation ability and level of upstream suppliers directly affects the quality and performance of the final product manufacturer,thereby affecting its profitability.Therefore,manufacturers are motivated to use innovative subsidies and other incentives to encourage upstream suppliers to carry out innovative activities that reduce the cost of parts and components.However,due to the uncertainty of the innovation process will result in innovation and uncertainty of the results,there may be a success or failure,and upstream supplier of innovative investment process,the level of investment and innovation results information belonging to their private information,In order to obtain an additional subsidy for innovation,suppliers may be able to falsely report the ultimate level of innovation investment and innovation results in order to seek personal gain,and damage the overall benefits of manufacturers and supply chains.At the same time,manufacturers should not only pay attention to moral hazard innovation cooperation with upstream suppliers,but also concerned about the changes in real time online distribution channels downstream,according to the new economic form of Internet,online distribution channels downstream timely innovation structure.As we all know,the combination of offline traditional retail channels and online online channels has long been the number one choice for many manufacturers,but to build online network channels should be established by themselves or entrusted to a professional third party to establish a decision-making has become a problem in front of the manufacturer.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the issue of supply chain suppliers' false news about innovative investment decision-making and the choice of channel strategies of dual-channel supply chain manufacturers under the innovation environment.Based on this,this article first summarizes relevant theories and literatures at home and abroad,and lays the foundation for research on the choice of online channel strategies for manufacturers of dual-channel supply chain under the innovative investment decision-making of supply chain members under innovative asymmetric information.Secondly,under the condition of asymmetric innovation information,a secondary supply chain consisting of an upstream supplier and a leading manufacturer,the innovative investment level and innovation results of the upstream suppliers are their private information,and the manufacturers provide innovation investment subsidies to stimulate the supplier innovation to reduce the costs of supply chain cooperation and innovation models.Using game theory,the paper discusses the relationship between supplier's false report of innovation information and manufacturer's innovation subsidies,as well as the effect of false news innovation information on the profits of supply chain and other member companies.Next,the manufacturer innovation to reduce production costs at the environment,the introduction of third-party professional organizations,established a leading manufacturer and a retailer of dual-channel supply chains,Manufacturers build their own online channels and commission third-party organizations to build decision models for online channel distribution products,comparing the product pricing of the supply chain members,the level of innovation investment,profit,and channel strategy differences between the two scenarios.It also analyzes the influence of manufacturer's choice of two channel strategies on the pricing of traditional retail channels and the interests of retailers.Explore the manufacturer's optimal online channel strategy in the context of economic change.Finally,the research results of this paper can provide certain references for the possible false-reporting behaviors in the collaborative innovation of supply chain members and the selection of online channels for manufacturers in an innovation environment in a realistic economic environment,easy to make changes related businesses corresponding decision based on a change in the current situation of the new situation.
