Innovation is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises.It is a key element for enterprises to maintain their core competitiveness in the globalization competition.Research on enterprises' 'innovation has been on the rise.Nowadays,many scholars have begun to pay attention to that individual innovation plays a Important role in enterprise's innovation.enterprises urgently need talent.In the era of knowledge economy,the new-generation knowledge employees will undoubtedly become the main driving force of modern enterprise's innovation and innovation ability.Therefore,it is an important research topic for modern enterprise's management to effectively enhance the individual innovation behavior of new-generation knowledge employees.In recent years,the personality and intrinsic motivation of new-generation knowledge employees has become the focus concern of the theory and practice department.In this regard,this study attempts to explore the mechanism of the intrinsic motivation of new-generation knowledge employees on individual innovation behavior,and try to answer the following question:(1)Does the intrinsic motivation of new-generation knowledge employees have influence on individual innovative behavior?(2)Does the intrinsic motivation of new-generation knowledge employees have influence on knowledge sharing?(3)Whether the knowledge sharing serves as a bridging character between the intrinsic motivation of new-generation knowledge employees on individual innovative behavior?Through the exploration of the above problems,it reveals the influence mechanism of the intrinsic motivation of new-generation knowledge employees on the individual innovation behavior,thus provides some suggestions for the enterprise's managers to improve the innovation management of new-generation knowledge employees in the future.The methods used in this paper include literature analysis,interview,questionnaire and statistical analysis.First of all,through literature analysis,we have combed existing research results about intrinsic motivation,knowledge sharing and individual innovation behavior,obtained the definition of each variable,structural dimension and so on.Secondly,through the research interviews and literature analysis,this paper summarizes the correlation between the intrinsic motivation,knowledge sharing and individual innovation behavior of new-generations knowledge employees,and puts forward the research hypotheses and constructs the theoretical model.Then,based on the interviews and references,the existing mature scale at home and abroad was revised and designed,and the initial questionnaire of the three research variables in this study was obtained.Through the preliminary survey,the initial questionnaire was revised constantly to get the formal questionnaire;Then,we collected 375 valid questionnaires by questionnaire;Finally,we verified the relationship between the variables and the research hypotheses by statistical analysis,and put forward corresponding management enlightenment based on the empirical conclusions.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Intrinsic motivation of new-generation knowledge employees has a positive predictive effect on individual innovation behavior,and the degree of influence is ?Interest>?competency>?Curiosity>?Self-determination>?Work participate.(2)The intrinsic motivation of new-generation knowledge employees has a positive predictive effect on knowledge sharing.In addition to having no significant effect on self-determination,competence,job involvement,curiosity and interest can actively facilitate knowledge sharing among employees.(3)Knowledge sharing has partial mediation effects on the relationship between intrinsic motivation and individual innovation behavior of new-generation knowledge employees,in which knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role in the influence of competence,job participation,curiosity and interest on individual innovation behavior.However,the intermediary effect between self-determination and individual innovation does not hold.
