Research On The Planning Of The Characteristic Agricultural Town In Shuitou Town Of Pingyang County

During the period of 13th Five-Year plan,China has already entered a development stage of the new economic norm.In order to adapt to the new normal and seize the new opportunities,Being around the main line of developing agricultural modernization,the government of Zhejiang Province proposed the strategic target of'accelerating the agricultural supply side structural reform,constructing high quality and high level modern agricultural province ",taking the agriculture—"one district,one town"construction as the main starting point,to promote modern agriculture to develop efficient ecology,characteristic high-quality goods and green safety,and to promote the agriculture to develop healthily and sustainably.Pingyang county who holds the national "golden cards"of "Leather Market of China","Plastic and Woven Production Base of China","Commercial Gifts Production Base of China","The hometown of bambusa oldhami shoot of China"and"The hometown of yellow tea(Pingyang yellow soup)of China",combining the idea of construct a new "two rich and two beautiful"modernized town,has made an important policy decision of planning to create a characteristic agricultural town.The characteristic agricultural development of Shuitou will become a typical case to develop the agriculture in Pingyang.This paper studies the planning strategy of the characteristic agricultural town of Shuitou in Pingyang county,expecting to evaluate it scientifically and put forward some countermeasure proposal by intensive study,to promote sustainable development of the characteristic agriculture of Shuitou in Pingyang County.Firstly,this paper introduces and explains the comparative advantage theory and SWOT theory,and then from the aspects of planning development strategy,planning objectives,planning content,key planning projects,the characteristic agricultural planning zoning and so on.And then it analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of developing the characteristic agriculture by the methods of document literature,investigation and SWOT analysis method.In combination with the local practical situation,it gives a scientific comprehension benefit evaluation,and puts forward proposals of intensifying organizational leadership,strengthening policy support,improving and perfecting operation mechanism and focusing on promoting regional brands.
