A Case Study On Construction Of Characteristic Town Of Dadukou Town In Sichuan

With the deepening of the development concept of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing" in process urbanization,vigorously developing characteristic towns which are beautiful and livable features,industrial synergy,ecological and sustainable characteristics has already become one of the significant ways for local governments to build a comprehensive well-to-do society.Although many characteristic towns have been built and developed in China,some problems in the process of planning ahead and exploring a new urbanization road suitable for themselves still exist.How to build characteristics towns has become a concern of many town governments.This paper takes the case of building a characteristic town in Dadukou Town as the research object,absorbs the advantages of various scholars from different angles,summarizes the theoretical system of characteristic towns and urbanization construction and development.We analyze Dadukou Town's internal and external environment,clarify its strategic planning concepts and principles,and use SWOT analysis matrix to analyze the feasible growth strategy,reversal strategy,diversification strategy and the defensive strategy in four aspects,thereby avoiding threats,making up for the disadvantages,taking advantage of opportunities and advantages,and establishing its core competitiveness.At the same time,we puts forward the safeguard measures to optimize the implementation of the strategic town construction in Dadukou Town,handle the relationship between the government and the market,improve risk control,strengthen the promotion,optimize business model,accelerate the industrial transformation and upgrading,enrich the marketing strategy,and the society participate.The evaluation and analysis of the implementation of strategies were carried out from the analysis of characteristic towns construction in Dadukou Town.The research in this paper can also provide some theoretical basis for the support of other characteristic towns in the strategic management process.Through the case analysis of the characteristic towns construction in Dadukou Town,the inspiration for similar urbanization construction was put forward.It puts forward clear strategic objectives,highlights characteristic themes,perfects the guarantee mechanism,enhances the implementation of strategies,optimizes,expands the differentiated strategic advantage,adheres to the scientific development concept,and develops the green recycling industry.The strategy of building and developing characteristic towns isn't single,or static,the strategic methods should be flexible.The various strategies studied in this case complement each other,can cope with environmental changes,attract consumers and improve the overall economic level,ensure its core characteristics.The experience of building characteristic town in Dadukou Town can be summarized and promoted,which has practical reference and guiding significance for the development of other characteristic towns.At the same time,the theory of characteristic towns has been perfected,which provides reference for the implementation and evaluation of strategic planning,and enriches the theory of public strategic management.
