Planning Strategy Research On Ju Yuan Characteristic Town Of ChengGu

At present,along with our country urbanization development entering a new stage,the extensive economic growth mode for a long time already unsustainable and in resource,ecology and labor under the mutual restriction of such factors as,gap between urban and rural areas in our country is increasingly significant,new urbanization construction under the guide of growth has begun to make utility transformation in the development of small towns in our country,the characteristics of small town in promoting the development of regional industrial transformation and upgrading,regional balanced development between urban and rural areas is of great significance,in the small towns in the western region has unique geographical resources,characteristics of small town development and construction is to realize its value and an important guarantee of economic transformation.Juanyuan town is located in the southern foothills of the qinling mountains,which is a key development town in shaanxi province.Its characteristic tourism resources and citrus agricultural resources are enriched.However,the current situation of development shows that there are some problems such as lagging industrial development mode,scattered tourism resources and lack of image characteristics.By sorting out the current situation,integrating the development ideas,choosing a reasonable development model,the paper puts forward the development planning strategy for the characteristic town of orange garden,so as to promote the characteristic transformation and development of orange garden town,which has certain reference significance for the development of similar small towns in the underdeveloped areas of western China.First of all,this paper analyzes the basic concepts,relevant theories and literature,and summarizes the typical development mode of characteristic towns with cases.In the process of analyzing the present situation,the external development condition of tangyuan town is analyzed and expounded.At the same time,under the development framework of characteristic town,the development status of tangerine town is discussed qualitatively,and the relevant problems are analyzed and summarized.According to the status quo of the main problem,under the guidance of the characteristic development of small towns,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct Juyuan town characteristic resources evaluation system,through the quantitative analysis and combination of GIS in spatial level to Juyuan multi-dimensional evaluation on the town of characteristic resources integration and visualization analysis,provides a basis for small town resource characteristic space integration.Secondly,aiming at the core issues of the development of orange-garden town,the commonness and individuality of the development of the town with orange-garden characteristics,as well as the phased development goals,were established,and the "overall development framework of the industrial system network,ecological landscape integration,spatial layout coordination and operation management system" was established.Finally,based on the overall strategy to lead and Juyuan town based on ecology,industry,tourism,space,operating multiple dimensions,such as the characteristic resources evaluation and based on the analysis of the current problems,corresponding pointed out that the development of ecological landscape structure,the industrial system construction strategy,the function of tourism development mode,the shape of space layout,structure and the development of five aspects,such as operating systems and mechanisms strategy,used to guide Juyuan transformation characteristics of small town development.
