In 2000,the Ministry of land and resources firstly promulgated the relevant laws and regulations for the potential evaluation of the urban lands intensive use:"Implementation plans for the potential evaluation of the urban lands intensive use in 2000",on the basis of this regulations,the scholars slowly began to study on the potential evaluation of intensive use for the urban lands,in November 2014,the Ministry of land and resources published the "operation manual for the economy and intensive use evaluation of the urban construction lands",from then on,the potential evaluation of the intensive use for the urban lands has the corresponding evaluation procedures and operating manuals,the scholars are also more normative about the related research on the potential evaluation of the intensive use for the urban lands.Under the background of this research,through detailed reading the "operation manual for the economy and intensive use evaluation of the urban construction lands",this study analyzes the present situation of construction land use in the central urban of Yingtan City,put forward the potential evaluation processes and methods of the intensive use for the construction lands in the central urban of Yingtan City according to the "operation manual for the economy and intensive use evaluation of the urban construction lands".Then according to the evaluation processes and methods,this study calculates the intensive use potential based on the comprehensive transformation of the construction lands in the central urban of Yingtan City,and calculates the intensive use potential based on the transformation of the actual conditions for the construction lands in the central urban of Yingtan City,finally,according to the calculation results and conclusions of the intensive use potential for the construction lands in the central urban of Yingtan City,this study analyzes the tapping potential characteristics of the intensive use potential central urban of Yingtan City,the perfect proposals of the intensive use for the construction lands in the central urban of Yingtan City,the study conclusion and discussion.One of the most important is the current situation analysis of the construction lands use in the central urban of Yingtan City,the potential evaluation of the intensive use for the construction lands in the central urban of the central urban of Yingtan City.Based on the functional areas division of the constructions land,the potential evaluation of the intensive use for the construction lands in the central urban of Yingtan City,put forward the potential evaluation processes and methods of the construction lands intensive use in the central urban of Yingtan City according to the "operation manual for the economy and intensive use evaluation of the urban construction lands".Then according to the evaluation processes and methods,this study calculates the intensive use potential based on the comprehensive urban of Yingtan City was 1456956.35Million yuan,which was involved 184 functional areas;the absolute scale potential which is based on the transformation of the actual conditions for the construction lands in the central urban of Yingtan City was 1086.84 hectares,which was involved 164 functional areas;the economic potential which is based on the transformation of the actual conditions for the construction lands in the central urban of Yingtan City was 3319530.54 Million yuan,which was involved 155 functional areas.The perfect proposals of the intensive use for the construction lands in the centralurban of Yingtan City is based on concluding the tapping potential characteristics of the intensive use potential for the construction lands in the central urban of Yingtan City,the study December 31,2014,and based on the potential evaluation of the intensive use for the construction lands in the central urban of Yingtan City,this study summarizes the imperfections of the intensive use potential for the construction lands in the central urban of Yingtan City,finally according to the imperfections of the intensive use potential for the construction lands in the central urban of Yingtan City,this study put forward the perfect proposals of the intensive use for the construction lands in the central urban of Yingtan City.Thus,this study is better interpreted the technical
