Judging from the history of urban development in our country,in the process of rapid urbanization,urban development is mainly outward expansion,and it shows a state of disorderly expansion.The urbanization rate of land is far faster than the rate of population urbanization.The intensive utilization of urban land has an important impact on the efficient allocation of land resources and the healthy development of social economy.this paper evaluates the land use of construction land in downtown Nanchang,based on the perspective of the functional area.On the basis of demarcating residential,commercial,industrial,educational,administrative office and other functional areas,a survey is conducted on the evaluation indicators of the current urban construction land.the land intensive utilization index is calculated for each functional area From the microcosmic perspective.Use the total score frequency method to divide the intensive utilization index of land use in construction land.Research on the Spatial correlation of intensive utilization degree from global and local perspectives.Finally,the potential area with potential is calculated.According to land use status type,The area of intensive utilization in the downtown area of Nanchang is 7,396.64 hectares,the area of moderate utilization area is 5,343.32 hectares,and the low utilization area is 6,176.41 hectares.In addition,the intensive utilization of residential,commercial and administrative functional areas is relatively high,and industrial,educational and other functional areas need to focus on intensive utilization.According to the distribution of land use status in functional areas,the high values of land use intensive in various functional areas are concentrated in the center of the city,basically following the law of attenuation from the downtown area to the urban periphery.The results of the global Moran'I show that,residential,industrial,and other functional areas are positively correlated at the 99% confidence level,educational function areas are positively correlated at the 95% confidence level,the Z-score of commercial and administrative functional areas did not pass the verification of threshold 1.65 and had no spatial correlation.From the results of hotspot analysis,the distribution of cold and hot spots in residential,commercial,administrative,and other functional areas basically follows the rules that the center is made up of hot spot area or sub-cold spot area,and gradually evolves into Sub-cold area and cold spot area as the distance increase.The hot spot or sub-hot area of industrial function are mainly located in Chengnan area,and sub-cold area or cold spot area are mainly located in Chengdong,Yao Lake,and Jiaoqiao area.Based on the results of potential measurement,the totally potential area of land based on fully-reconstructed functional areas is 12,741.85 hectares,and the absolutely potential area is 6,244.44 hectares.The major potential areas of which are mainly in the Jiaoqiao,Chaoyang,Chengnan and Yaohu areas.Based on the actual conditions,the total potential area of the functional land area is 7,116.22 hectares,and the area of vacant land or reconstructed land is 4,228.81 hectares,with an absolutely potential area of 3,546.06 hectares.The major potential areas of which are mainly in the Jiaoqiao,Chaoyang and Chengnan areas.
