Research On Optimizing Financial Management Information System In TS Power Supply Company

With the rapid development of Internet and information technology,business operation and management of enterprises begin to integrate with information technology gradually,and information tools are gradually applied in business processes of enterprises.Financial management,as a vital part of enterprise operation,has also received great attention in the wave of enterprise informatization.TS power supply company as a typical state-owned power supply enterprise,the current financial system based on FMIS4.0 in practice effectively improves the financial work efficiency,but also achieved just simple internal information transmission between or department,financial department in the resource sharing of breadth,depth,and a large optimization space,and efficiency is necessary under the guidance of optimization theory on the basis of the theory of ERP,the optimization of financial management system to conduct a comprehensive and ascend.This paper takes the financial information system currently used by TS power supply company as the research object to study its optimization based on ERP theory.Firstly,this paper summarizes the information-based financial system,and introduces the ERP theory and business optimization theory.Secondly,the current situation of TS power supply company and the existing financial management system is summarized,the shortcomings of the system are analyzed,and the necessity of implementation optimization is demonstrated.After,be aimed at eleven subsystem optimization design,and focuses on fixed assets module optimization,financial business integration module with procurement optimization,finance and sales business integration module optimization,product cost calculation module,the financial data import module optimization five aspects to carry on the process optimization.According to practice of the problem,this paper introduces the system hardware facilities,in practice need to put forward the corresponding some possible emergency operation specification,to ensure the system normal and stable operation.Finally,this paper introduces the work of the system optimization project from three aspects of accounting,capital management and comprehensive management.Based on TS power supply company financial management and financial management information system used to undertake a comprehensive study on the basic situation,combining with working practice,aiming at some problems in the financial department daily business,learning experience in project management,financial management informationization knowledge and academic literature on ERP system both at home and abroad,on the basis of a financial management system based on ERP concept design,and stated the basic condition of the system,the implementation steps and safeguards.Compared with the existing information system,the system of business process optimization,improve the enterprise management is scientific and accurate,make resource allocation more reasonable and costs have been reduced,the efficiency has improved.The implementation of the system,improve the ability of a company for intelligent management and decision making for the company to provide more valuable financial data information,the accounting and financial management work more transparent,more accurate and more convenient,thus improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
