The Design And Realization Of Xing Tai Power Supply Company Human Resouce Management Information System

Human resources are a valuable resource for the community and company, improving human resources management to meet business needs and national competitiveness. Power supply system reform bring more and more business challenges, human resource management is one of the reasons which constraints the development of power supply enterprise, thereby improving the management level of enterprises and competitiveness need to focus on human resource management issues. It include files manageinent,recruitment,training,attendance,wages,insurance,contracts and other professional management. The low professional information sharing makes more loopholes occurded. It is nesessary to design and work out an effective information management system based on Xingtai Power Supply Bureau actual conditions.This paper reviews the theory of human resource management, combined with Xingtai Power Supply Bureau actual conditions. The system uses Visual Studio2008and Microsoft SQL Server2008sofeware as development tools. The system can be achieved the following function:basic employee information management, personnel management, database management, system management,contract management, staff contracts management, daily notes, employees through a browser application for their basic information and modify their own information to improve human resource management purposes.
