As the country pays more and more attention to environmental issues,the attention of the public to the environment is gradually increasing,and the assessment of urban management in Changsha City is also being strengthened simultaneously.The assessment pressure of some environmental sanitation companies is also gradually increasing.With the rise of labor dispatching patterns in recent years and its unique employment advantages,most of the environmental sanitation companies choose to use labor dispatch staff.However,affected by the difference between labor dispatch employees and formal employees,and the fact that labor dispatch employees in the sanitation industry are generally low-educated and over-age,the improvement of the overall performance of labor dispatch employees has become an imminent task.problem.This article starts from relevant theories of labor dispatch,performance management,and evaluation index system for performance management of labor dispatching performance.Take A environmental sanitation company as an example to study.First,through the literature research method,the theoretical foundation is reinforced,and then questionnaires and discussion methods are used to understand Aenvironmental sanitation.The current status of labor dispatching and performance management of the company,combined with the theoretical basis,analyzes the existing problems in the existing performance management and performance appraisal system of the company.Third,use the collective summary method to extract the index of the labor dispatching staff of A Sanitation Company,set the weight of the index through the weight factor method,and use the method of addition and subtraction to determine the standard of the index,which is the existing municipal and garden of A Sanitation Company.The personnel dispatched by the environmental protection and sanitation services construct a set of performance evaluation indicators.At the same time,they put forward suggestions for further improving the performance management of the company and proposed some safeguard measures to ensure that the proposed proposal can be effectively implemented.The purpose is to hope that the author's research can help A Sanitation Company solve the current problems,improve the company's overall performance,and can provide reference for the same or similar sanitation companies.
