At present,with the widespread use of this method of labor dispatching in the domestic market,this method of labor has become a common method of labor for state-owned enterprises.Fundamentally speaking,the employment method of labor dispatching can not only reduce the labor cost of state-owned enterprises,but also use the characteristics of this employment method to develop the strategic goals of enterprises.However,how to enable the dispatched employees to exert their own value on the job,how to stimulate the potential of the employees through an effective performance management system,and how to improve the overall performance of the enterprise by improving the personal effectiveness of the dispatched employees have become an urgent need to be resolved problem.This article takes company Y's labor dispatched employees as the research object.First,introduce the background and significance of the research;secondly,by combing the research status and related concepts at home and abroad,it has laid a theoretical foundation for the following example demonstration.After that,the overall structure of Company Y was introduced,including the company profile,organizational structure and personnel structure,etc.,with a focus on the status of the performance management system of company Y's labor dispatched employees.On this basis,by selecting a certain number of labor dispatched employees of Company Y as the survey object,the questionnaire survey method is used to understand the labor dispatched employees' awareness of the company's performance management system,and the results of the survey are collected and sorted.Analyze and find out the problems in the performance management system of the company's labor dispatched employees,so as to facilitate the optimal design of the next step.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire of labor dispatched employees,it is concluded that the company's performance management system for labor dispatched employees has problems such as incomplete performance target planning,single performance evaluation indicators,and lack of two-way communication mechanisms.In response to such problems,the article mainly subdivides and resets theperformance target plan of the company's labor dispatched employees through the main base binary assessment method.At the same time,it adopts more mature performance management methods and measures,and continuously optimizes and improves the performance management system of labor dispatched employees through reasonable and efficient management measures.Strengthen the application of performance appraisal results,link the performance appraisal results with the development of labor dispatched employees themselves,and at the same time enhance the communication and exchanges between company management personnel and labor dispatched personnel to help companies attract talents and help them retain talents.The purpose of performance management is to help and assist employees to improve their work ability.The application of a reasonable performance management system can not only motivate employees,but also guide employees to enhance their personal value.The optimized performance management system subdivides the work objectives of different positions,refines the performance evaluation indicators according to the work characteristics of different positions,strengthens the communication and feedback mechanism between the leadership and the labor dispatched employees,and promptly communicates problems.Make timely corrections and strive for a new performance management system that can be applied to every labor dispatched employee.At the same time,strengthen the safeguards of the performance management system to ensure that the optimized performance management system can effectively improve the personal performance of the labor dispatched employees,improve the work efficiency of the labor dispatched employees,improve the satisfaction and loyalty of the labor dispatched employees,and increase the labor dispatched employees The sense of belonging and acquisition of the company maximizes the personal capabilities of Y's labor dispatching employees,and improves the overall performance of the company through the improvement of personal efficiency,thereby improving the competitiveness of the company among companies in the same industry.Increase corporate profits and help companies achieve strategic goals.
