Accurate evaluation of business performance can help to make decisions and achieve goals.In order to help H Company to construct a set of scientific and perfect performance evaluation system,the author first analyzes the current performance evaluation system of H Company in the process of investigation,and concludes that there are defects in the performance evaluation system.Through interviews,questionnaires,qualitative and quantitative methods,and by means of analytic hierarchy process software(AHP),a comprehensive performance evaluation system based on EVA-BSC is constructed for H company,and the weight of each index is determined.After that,a new performance evaluation system is used to evaluate the performance of H Company in 2016.Finally,the main points and implementation steps of the new performance evaluation system in H Company are put forward.The structure of the article is as follows:Chapter one,introduction.Firstly,the research background and significance of the article are expounded,and then the current research situation at home and abroad,the main research contents and research methods are summarized and summarized.The second chapter introduces the theory of EVA-BSC comprehensive evaluation system.This paper expounds the concept of EVAN BSC theory and the relevant theoretical basis of the comprehensive evaluation system.Chapter three,case background introduction.Firstly,the paper introduces H company,including its organizational structure,department functions,performance evaluation,and analyzes the existing problems.The fourth chapter,the performance evaluation method based on EVA and BSC is applied in H company.(1)the feasibility of combining EVA with BSC is analyzed.(2)the design focus and construction steps of the new system are expounded.(3)combining EVA and BSC to construct H company performance evaluation index system,including finance,customer,internal process,learning and growth level,and net asset return rate,customer satisfaction rate,venue rental rate,etc.Staff professional skills and other 18 second-level indicators and analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index.(4)using the performance evaluation index system to evaluate H company's annual performance in 2016.(5)expound the key points and safeguard measures of the new performance evaluation system.The fifth chapter,conclusion and prospect,expounds the conclusions and shortcomings of this study.
