Employees' Entrepreneurial Orientation is the interaction production of the environment and individual traits,Culture as a concentrated reflection of the environment,profoundly affectde the entire entrepreneurial-oriented birth process.Based on this,the paper put the individual cognitive factors-the fear of failure into the study,attempting examines its role in the process of Employees' Entrepreneurial Orientation.This paper will propose new issues and confirmed two issues through reading,combing and summarizing the existing literatures,Firstly,What is the impact of various factors of organizational culture on the Employees' Entrepreneurial Orientation ? Then,What role the Fear of failure play between the organizational culture and the Employees' Entrepreneurial Orientation.Aim to reslove the above two topics,this paper through combing and analysis the relevant literature in full.Then put forward eight hypotheses,and through the questionnaire survey collected 289 valid questionnaires.For test the hypotheses,this paper will Analysis and processing this datas by the SPSS17.0.The conclusion as following.(1)About the Relationship between Organizational Culture and Employees' Entrepreneurial Orientation,By analyzing the samples,theresults show that: The three dimensions of power distance,masculinity and individualism of organizational culture are positively correlated with the entrepreneurial orientation of employees.However,The uncertainty to avoid the dimension and the Employees' Entrepreneurial Orientation was negatively correlated.(2)About the moderation of Fear of Failure,The results of this parper show that: Fear of failure plays a negative moderation role in the relationship between individualism and Employees' Entrepreneurial Orientation,masculinity and Employees' Entrepreneurial Orientation.However,It's not play moderation in the relationship between uncertainty avoidance and employee orientation,power distance and Employees' Entrepreneurial Orientation.At last,the study summarizes some conclusions and points out the limitation of this article and the direction for future research.
