Under the new normal,banks have turned their development perspectives into the interior,and more and more banks have taken the path of “internal benefits”.Therefore,how to improve the market impact of outlets through performance evaluation and other internal management methods and tap the internal motivation of the training outlets to make their business operations consistent with the overall strategic goals is a difficult problem for managers at all levels.This article starts with the bank's strategic objectives,and based on the bank's requirement to constantly improve its self-service level,it establishes a complete system for performance evaluation of commercial banks based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process.This helps banks adapt to the new situation of economic development,and scientifically and rationally evaluates the network.The long-term development potential.Secondly,based on related theories and the current situation analysis of the performance evaluation system of J bank outlets in C city,the idea of constructing a comprehensive performance evaluation system for J bank outlets in C city based on the analytic hierarchy process is proposed,and the four dimensions that can inspire the service level of outlets and specific Indicators,according to the indicators on the relative importance of the performance evaluation system to be scored,the use of the analytic hierarchy process to give weight to the indicators.Then,this paper carries out an example analysis of comprehensive performance evaluation of bank outlets based on AHP.Taking the evaluation base of a typical bank of J Bank in the past three years as a sample,an example application of an AHP-based bank outlet comprehensive performance evaluation system was conducted.The analysis results of the network performance appraisal index system obtained from the three outlets are analyzed.It can be concluded that the research results are basically consistent with the actual situation of the three outlets.This shows that the AHP-based bank outlet comprehensive performance evaluation system constructed in this paper is reasonable and feasible.Finally,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for comprehensive performance evaluation of bank outlets.First,it strengthens the corporate culture of performance evaluation.Second,it establishes an effective performance assessment and communication feedback system.Third,it gradually builds the informationization of performance evaluation.
