Research Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance And Run

With the high speed development of the economy of countries all over the world, the industry-university-research cooperation(hereafter, IUR cooperation)has already become the most effective way of the knowledge change into the benefit, and it is also the inevitable requirements of technological innovation, economic development. This thesis has carried on the research of the IUR cooperation, using the multi-disciplinary theory and method, such as information economics, gametheory, management, systematic theory and so on. It states the back ground, Purpose as well as the significance of the study on the IUR cooperation, and then calls up the research conditions of the IUR cooperation at home and abroad, sums up the defects of these researches. Based on these, this section gives the content, methods and the technological path of the study.Section2 is the basic theories of the IUR cooperation. It analyzed the historical origin and the reason of the IUR cooperation, finding the theory supporting of the IUR cooperation, Including the technological innovation theory, cooperation and coordination theory, transaction expense theory, stimulation theory and so on, these theories are the strong bases of theory of the IUR cooperation; With the present situation of the IUR cooperation, the last of this section sums up the model of the IUR cooperation.Section3 is the characteristics of IUR mode and its selection. The essay rendered comparative analysis on different mode of IUR cooperation in different countries. Put forth a classification of modes of IUR and give some useful tactics of selection of the modes.Section 4 is the analysis on the mechanism of operation of IUR cooperation. The essay analyzed the power mechanism, partner selection mechanism, mutual trust mechanism, knowledge transference mechanism and allocate mechanism.
