In the current serious international economic situation,the state-owned enterprise transformation and reform process speed up gradually,the state-owned enterprise has to improve and upgrade its own businesses,strengthen its technological innovation,improve the internal management system and management style scientifically,allocate the human resources rationally,and make the enterprise and employees together to improve the competitiveness of enterprise and make them adapting to the complex external environment.Nowadays,employees of state-owned enterprises are generally accepted high education.They are in pursuit of selfrealization and psychological feelings in the enterprise,and no longer bounded by the halo of "state-owned enterprises",therefore,the phenomenon of turnover occurs frequently.As leaders of an enterprise,it is particularly important to adopt effective leadership style to stabilize the employee team,motivate the subjective initiative of employees,reduce the turnover intention of employees,and effectively achieve the enterprise strategic targets.This study takes C state-owned enterprise as an example to explore the relationship among transformational leadership,organizational commitment and employee turnover intention base on the Social Exchange Theory,and to verify and analyze the intermediary role of organizational commitment.On the basis of literature research,the theoretical model of the research is constructed,hypotheses are proposed,questionnaires are prepared,and the survey is made for 200 employees in C state-owned enterprise.Then SPSS18.0 statistical analysis software is used to conduct reliability,validity analysis of survey and carry out descriptive statistics analysis,difference,correlation,linear regression analysis and intermediary analysis.Therefore,the results of study can be shown;first of all,there is a significant positive correlation between transformational leadership and organizational commitment.Secondly,there is a significant negative correlation between transformational leadership and turnover intention.Thirdly,organizational commitment negatively affects turnover intention;Fourth,organizational commitment plays a partial intermediary role between transformational leadership and turnover intention.For these research results,five management suggestions,which include strengthening the management of leaders establishing the employees career development system,the interview mechanism between upstream and downstream,the regular job rotation mechanism and building the corporate culture,could be proposed to C state-owned enterprise,aiming at improving enterprise management system and efficiency,enhancing employees' satisfaction and organizational commitment,suppressing employees' turnover intension and decreasing the turnover rate effectively.
