"Customer satisfaction" is an important application index for enterprises to carry out self-evaluation and maintain customer relations.It has been accepted by many enterprises in the world and is widely used to improve service quality and enhance customer loyalty.With the continuous development of our economy and society,the taxpayer's awareness of rights has been strengthened,and the demand for services and the expectation of tax work have also increased.Tax authorities provide tax service to taxpayers,which is a necessary supplement to their successful collection and administration work,and has the characteristics of publicity and non-reimbursement.Taxpayers and the public can intuitively perceive the quality and efficiency of the government public service through the tax service of the tax authorities,and use it to measure and evaluate the government's implementation of the "service-oriented" governance concept and its effectiveness.Therefore,the result of the taxpayer's satisfaction with the tax service of the tax authorities directly relates to the public service image of the government.In order to meet the new needs under the new normal of tax service,continuously improve the compliance of tax law and the satisfaction of taxpayers,and promote the healthy and harmonious development of the economy and society,tax authorities at all levels have taken raising the level of tax service as an important work.Since 2008,the State Administration of Taxation has conducted a taxpayer satisfaction survey throughout the country,guiding the grassroots to make full use of the taxpayer satisfaction evaluation to supervise this work and continuously improve the overall quality of tax service in the tax system.Continuously improving the normalization of service quality is an important basis for improving the satisfaction of taxpayers.The concept of "customer satisfaction" has a very positive reference role in the tax authorities 'scientific and effective taxpayer satisfaction management process.This article takes the H city national tax system as an example,and surveys the six major tax service offices in the main city of H city to conduct a taxpayer satisfaction survey to obtain the true evaluation of the taxpayer's tax service of the tax authorities.To understand the status quo and existing problems of tax service satisfaction in the H city national tax system from two levels of data analysis and communication,and put forward some strategies to improve the level of tax service.And from the management concept,management organization,management content and management system and other aspects of the construction of taxpayer satisfaction management framework for the tax authorities to improve the satisfaction of tax services to provide a reference.
