Study On The Optimization Of Taxpayer Services Quality Of Lianyungang City Taxation Bureau

With the rapid development of the economy,taxation has increasingly affected all aspects of people's lives.Taxpayer's demand and awareness of rights are also increasing,it means the tax authorities and their staff concerned not only whether to exercise the taxation rights according to law,but also the level of taxpayer satisfaction.So the most direct way to improve taxpayer satisfaction is optimizing the quality of taxpayer services,tax authorities need to start with multiple aspects to help tax authorities and taxpayers to achieve mutual benefits in the relationship,including the aspects of ideas,systems,and service methods.Standing at a new starting point in the new era,Lianyungang City take part in the construction of “the Belt and Road” actively and the comprehensive strength has been significantly enhanced,it also has brought new opportunities and challenges to taxpayer services development.This article takes the Lianyungang City Taxation Bureau as the research object.Designed a quality model for taxpayer services quality satisfaction survey by using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,empirical analysis method and taking the customer satisfaction model as a reference.This article achieved satisfaction of work efficiency,soft and hard environment,integrity building,tax publicity,enforcement justice to analyze the current service quality level of Lianyungang city Taxation Bureau by issuing a questionnaire and find out the problems of low satisfaction.At last,combine my own practical work experience and leaning from the measures of other regions to optimize the quality of tax service,this article is summarized as follows: expand diversified taxation to improve tax efficiency,Standardize tax service to improve taxpayer satisfaction,optimize taxation counseling to improve taxpayer taxation.
