Reinsurance means to buy the insurance for all theunderwriting risk of theinsurancecompany,in order tospread risk.Reinsurance is the insurance company's core component,However,in the current the Chinese reinsurance market there are a lot of managers who don't know enough about reinsurance,for the newly formed of small and medium-sized insurance companies,reinsurance is particularly important.Reasonable reinsurance business process not only can improve the operation efficiency of insurance companies,but also can improve the level of risk control.Therefore,the research subject ofthispaperisbased on the reinsurance business process,its aim is to establish a scientific and reasonable reinsurance business process.In this paper,on the basis of absorbing reinsurance and business process reengineering theory research results at home and abroad,with DH insurance company as an example,researches the existed problem reinsurance business processes,andputsforward the improvement measures.Specifically,there are five sections in this article.First,it summarizes the purpose and significance of topic,outlines the research status at home and abroad of the business process reengineering,and illustrates the research contents of this thesis.The second part is related to business process reengineering theory and the basic definition and the role of reinsurance.The third part,it looks for problems which includes reinsurance knowledge is not popular,reinsurance department organization structure is not reasonable,key nodes are missing,reinsurance arrangement is simple and business process fragmentsseriously,and analyzes the present situation and problems of DHinsurance company limited of reinsurance business process.The fourth part,put forward to specific scenarios of reinsurance business process reengineering which includes organizational structurereconstruction,business process reengineering of ceding and ceded-in.The fifth part,from the reinsurance training,the performance appraisal,process maintenance and management,operation strategy several aspects of the implementation of security measures are put forward.Finally come to a conclusion.
