In the background of the complex global economy,especially the slowdown of China's economy,China has entered a new era of socialism.The main social contradictions have transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.After a long period of rapid development,China's life insurance industry has entered a comprehensive transformation stage.CL Life Insurance Company Limited Jiangxi Branch,as the provincial management organization of CL Insurance(Group)Company,has always played a leading role in the life insurance industry in Jiangxi province.However,facing the period of risk prevention,the period of release of deep-seated contradiction and the period of painful transformation of insurance growth mode,the company has also experienced slow-down in recent years.In order to implement the group company's strategy,welcome the changing situation and ensure the company's market position,the company needs to actively seek strategic change and innovation,clear development goals and paths,identify breakthroughs,eventually promote the company's change from scale-led to quality-led.This paper concludes the theory of strategic management and insurance industry development strategy.It also summarizes the theory and latest research of life insurance companies' strategic management.These theories lay foundation for the research.Then,it makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external development environment of CL Life Insurance Company Limited Jiangxi Branch,including advantages like the support of national policy,the accelerated development of regional economy,the continuous increase of public awareness of insurance and disadvantages like insurance industry overall transformation,increasingly fierce market competition,the risk control capability.Based on the above analysis,the author uses SWOT to formulate a strategic plan for the next three to five years under the development strategy of CL Insurance(Group)Company.It requires seizing external opportunities such as national policy support and giving full play to the internal advantages such as the prominent brand effect.More importantly,it pays more attention to problem,focusing on the market,value,services and risk control,for company's high quality development and market share.The implementation of strategy can be roughly divided into two stages.In order to ensure the effect of the strategy,the paper provides safeguard measures related to six aspects such as organization,mechanism,competition,product structure,service,risk prevention and control.
