The shipping industry is an integrated one of capital, information and high industrial correlativeness degree, and has an important position in the national economy. Because the shipping industry is comprehensive system engineering that integrated of "wide collaborative, strong compositive and complex operation ", it has the industrial process characteristics that are "high investment, high consumption, high risk". So how to carry out effective supervision and coordination and control of management to each ship members subject through shipbuilding supply chain, to avoid the damage and waste of the environment and resources, energy consumption in the operation, is the primary problem to be solved urgently of the China's shipbuilding industry. The paper raises that to construct the circular economy as the core of our country shipping manufacture's green supply chain, and through the establishment and practice of the ship green supply chain, the green production, green logistics, green consumption and reverse recovery operation, provide theoretical reference and practice guidance for China's shipbuilding industry implement green supply chain management future the inevitable industrialization.The paper based on the green supply chain relevant theories, first, describes the shipping manufacture's green supply chain operation status, through comparing with traditional shipbuilding supply chain and analysis, points out its operation and restriction factor of effective features. Second, based on SCOR model methods, divides the shipping manufacture operation procedure of green supply chain into five aspects "green supply chain link, green production link, green logistics link, green consumption link and the environmental impact" based on SCOR model constructs China's shipbuilding industry green supply chain operation model and makes further optimization. Third, based on the analysis of the shipping manufacture's green supply chain operation stability factors, points out every nodal enterprise should establish cooperation trust mechanism, interest distribution mechanism and information sharing mechanism between them. Finally, raises our shipping manufacture's process of green supply chain management mode based on GITSO general framework, to provide method and using for reference to improve shipping manufacturing supply chain competitive advantage.
