Problems And Countermeasures Research On The Evolution Of Industrial Collaborative Innovation Institution In China

Nowadays,China's industrial economic development has entered a new era and the economy has shifted from a high-speed growth phase to a high-quality development phase.It does not only raise higher standards for the development of industrial collaborative innovation,but also it imposes higher requirement on the construction of industrial collaborative innovation institution system.However,the phenomenon of the slow development of China's industrial collaborative innovation institution is still prominent.With regards to this,this paper is based on the perspective of Marxist economics,analyzes these problems existing in the evolution of China's industrial collaborative innovation institution,and it proposes the development strategy of China's industrial collaborative innovation institution with the guidance of New development concept.The purpose is to innovative and improve the establishment of China's industrial collaborative innovation institution system,deepen the development of China's industrial collaborative innovation,and enhance the independent innovation capacity of enterprises.In this paper,the relevant literature on the analysis and research of domestic and foreign industrial collaborative innovation institution is sorted out.From the institutional analysis theory of Marxist economics,Marx's theory of division of labor and cooperation,and the thought of socialist economic cooperation with Chinese characteristics,the theoretical basis for the study of the evolution of China's industrial collaborative innovation institution has been analyzed.On the basis of this theoretical,this paper sorts out and integrates the evolution of China's industrial collaborative innovation institution,generalizes and summarizes the characteristics of China's industrial collaborative institution evolution,analyzes and indicates these problems and causes existing in the evolution of China's industrial collaborative innovation institution.Based on these problems causes,it starts to propose targeted and feasible countermeasures and suggestions with the guidance of New development concept.
