Research On The Relationship Among Knowledge Creation,Supply Chain Flexibility And Firm Performance

The globalization of the economy,the acceleration of technological innovation,and the variability of consumer demand make the external environment of the supply chain highly complex and uncertain.At the same time,it also brings inevitable risks and pressures.These factors drive the supply chain.Have to seek a means to enhance the competitive advantage to timely and accurately respond to environmental uncertainties,that is,to improve the flexibility of the supply chain.Also in the age of knowledge economy,supply chain member companies emphasize acquiring new capabilities and knowledge through knowledge sharing and transfer.However,under the globalization trend of innovation,innovation determines development,and relying solely on sharing and transferring acquired knowledge is insufficient to support supply.The chain responds to the uncertainty of the external environment.If you want to increase the flexibility of the supply chain,you need to change the knowledge structure of the organization by creating new knowledge.At the same time,each member company of the supply chain forms its own unique core competitiveness through the sharing and integration of knowledge resources,which in turn can enhance the flexibility of supply chain enterprise management and promote the formation of ultimate strategic advantages for each node company.Therefore,it is very necessary for each participant in the supply chain to supplement knowledge reserves through knowledge creation,improve the flexibility of the supply chain,and then improve corporate performance.Based on the domestic and foreign literature references,this study explores the concepts,elements,metrics,and relationships of the three important variables of knowledge creation,supply chain flexibility,and corporate performance,and proposes knowledge creation,supply chain flexibility,and corporate performance.The relationship between the theoretical model and research hypotheses;then through factor analysis and structural equation model for the effective sample data collected from the questionnaire to analyze and empirically test the hypotheses mentioned above,explore knowledge creation,supply chain flexibility and corporate performance among the three The relationship and the mediating effect of supply chain flexibility.This study takes a Shanxi enterprise as the research object.Under the premise of mature domestic and foreign research results,first the small-scale pre-survey is conducted to test the reliability and validity of the scale,purify the measurement terms,determine the final questionnaire,and conduct a large sample survey.Recover 230 valid questionnaires.In the research,SPSS17.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used for normality test,descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis and construction of structural equation model to verify theoretical hypotheses,and to test the relationship among knowledge creation,supply chain flexibility,and corporate performance.And the mediating effect of supply chain flexibility.The paper's research finds that knowledge creation has a significant positive effect on the supply chain flexibility and supply chain flexibility on business performance;knowledge creation has a significant negative correlation when directly affecting corporate performance,and it indirectly affects corporate performance when it is under the influence of a flexible supply chain supply chain.There was a significant positive correlation.
