The demand for green suppliers by Small and medium enterprises(SMEs)or governments is even stronger with the global economic integration and the increasing consumption of resources.Selecting suitable suppliers scientifically can not only save certain economic cost but also accord with the main melody of green development.In the evaluation of the new and old suppliers have some criteria of the phase can not be quantitatively described,and then use vague language or fuzzy number to describe a lot easier.In fuzzy theory Compared with the previous fuzzy sets,Pythagorean fuzzy sets has a greater range of applications,the sum of membership and non-membership expands to the sum of the squares of membership and non-membership is less than or equal to one.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the issue of green supplier selection under the fuzzy environment of Pythagorean and triangular Pythagorean.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Under the fuzzy environment of Pythagorean,Pythagorean fuzzy symmetric cross-entropy is introduced to describe the degree of difference between two Pythagorean fuzzy numbers on the basis of the original TOPSIS principle,and its rationality is proved.Based on this,the model based on the TOPSIS and cross Entropy fuzzy multicriteria decision-making model is given.The model used in the selection of green suppliers,the proposed model of validity and practicability is validated by comparing with the results of other different methods.(2)We may cannot given the corresponding weight vector due to the prioritization between the criteria by decision-makers.Based on above the definition of the Pythagorean fuzzy prioritized operators are defined,the related properties also be discussed and corresponding multi-criteria decision-making model are given.The model is also used in the supplier selection case,Pythagorean fuzzy symmetric cross-entropy is used to calculate the difference between the suppliers and the virtual optimal supplier.The differences and effectiveness are validated by comparing with other methods.(3)On the basis of Pythagorean fuzzy sets,their membership degrees and non-subordinate degrees are expressed in the form of triangular fuzzy numbers to reserve more fuzzy and uncertain information by decision makers.The definition of Triangular Pythagorean fuzzy sets and the distance between two Triangular Pythagorean fuzzy numbers,on the basis of which the basic average and geometric averaging operators are given,and the corresponding generalized set operators are also analyzed.The corresponding multicriteria decision-making methods under triangular Pythagorean fuzzy environment are given based on given two proposed operators.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses how to choose the green suppliers under the Pythagorean fuzzy environment.This paper gives the effective solution in the face of such problems to the decision-makers by comparing and analyzing the green supplier selection examples given by the model.
