Since 1986,China's new technology venture capital company has been formed.After more than 30 years of development,venture capital has become an inseparable part of China's capital market.Venture capital support enterprises have become the norm in the development process of venture enterprises.There are still many disputes about the impact of venture capital on start-ups.The supporters believe that the involvement of venture capital institutions provides a certain supervisory and management role for start-ups,and It can effectively enhance the brand image of start-ups,while those who oppose think that capital is inherently profitable,which will disrupt the normal development path of start-ups and distort the nature of venture capital,and the information asymmetry of the market will aggravate this.A phenomenon that will cause venture capital to lose its value.Under the guidance of the general direction of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the effective role of venture capital institutions in supporting enterprises is played,which plays an important role in China's economic restructuring and transformation and upgrading.The paper is based on the case of venture capital investment by Handingandingandinganding Information Technology Co.,Ltd.,focusing on the analysis of this case from four aspects:project selection,investment plan and income measurement,post-investment management and risk control.The company's operating conditions are analyzed.The analysis shows that from the intervention of Shenzhen Venture Capital to the listing of Handing Information,its main functions are:Han Ding Information has obtained low-cost funds;industry visibility has been improved;the company's main business has developed rapidly and its service scope is effective.Expansion;corporate governance improved;risk management levels improved.Finally,a simple outlook on the future development trend of the industry is considered.The venture capital income is not optimistic,the new economy will become the entice of venture capital investment,and the market is facing a new round of reshuffle and industry liquidity has gradually become the focus of attention.
