Rurality Evaluation Of Rural Tourism In Leisure Agriculture Park

October 18,2017,19 th CPC National Congress report pointed out that our country should vigorously implement the strategy of rural revitalization.The development of rural tourism can be said to be the accelerator of rural revitalization.In recent years,the process of urbanization has been accelerating,the pace of urban life has also begun to accelerate,and the pressure of working and living of urban residents has also increased.People began to yearn for rural life with beautiful pastoral scenery and slow pace of life.In the process of construction and development,rural tourism improves the rural environment and drives the rural economy,but it also brings some problems.The rurality has gradually weakened and the ecological environment has been destroyed;rural tourism "enclave","homogenization" phenomenon is serious.Rurality is the essential attribute of rural tourism and the foundation and soul of rural tourism development.Leisure agricultural park is one of the important types of rural tourism.In the process of development,the protection of rural nature needs to be paid attention to.The Sanshigang leisure agricultural park is located in Luyang District of Hefei city.It is the star class demonstration park of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Anhui province.In recent years,Sanshigang response policy call,actively developing rural tourism and promoting economic development,but there are still many problems in the process of rural tourism development,with the construction of rural tourism also began to appear some questions.On the basis of the study of rural tourism,rurality and leisure agricultural garden,this paper,based on the study of the Sanshigang in Hefei,constructs the rural tourism evaluation system in the leisure agricultural park,and builds the standards from the environment,facilities,products,agriculture and service.There are 23 specific indexes,such as climate,biology and hydrological conditions,which form a rural evaluation index system of three dimensions,systematic and hierarchical.Through the evaluation of indicators,the importance of related factors to rural tourism development is judged.This paper uses AHP to calculate the weights of indexes at different levels.The results show that the weights of humanistic environment and facilities products are slightly larger than those of other indexes,indicating that these two index contents have a great influence on the evaluation results of rural areas.Using the fuzzy evaluation method to quantify the qualitative index,the result shows that the rural evaluation has the most subordinate degree of "comparative approval",and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the rurality of the rural tourism area in the leisure agriculture park.The quantization score was 3.61.The overall evaluation value of "natural environment" is the highest,which enhances the rurality of rural tourism destinations.The evaluation value of "facility products" and "humanistic environment" is a little lower,and the index of "humanistic environment" is the lowest,which weakens the overall rurality of Sanshigang.The government of Sanshigang should attach importance to these problems in the process of rural tourism development,pay attention to protecting the ecological environment,excavating cultural connotations,building leisure agricultural brands,strengthening product characteristics,perfecting tourism facilities,and strengthening personnel training.In order to improve the service quality,improve the development environment of the Sanshigang leisure agricultural park,solve the problems in the process of rural tourism development,and realize the rural protection and sustainable development of rural tourism area.
