In recent years, the rapid development of the logistics industry and continuous innovation in logistics technology have helped to consolidate logistics' strategic position in economic development and have attracted wide attention from all parties. In order to effectively improve the level of maritime logistics and land logistics, national government departments have successively introduced a number of policies to promote a more healthy and orderly development of the logistics industry.Since 2000,the Chinese government has successively proposed and promoted major national economic strategies such as the Western Development, the Pearl River Delta Economic Belt, the “One Belt and One Road”,the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and the “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development” based on the current economic development.Promote the flow of resources between regions, speed up the construction and maintenance of various facilities, and reduce the gaps caused by various factors in different provinces and cities. With the advancement and implementation of economic strategies, the importance of the logistics industry has become more pronounced and its status has been significantly improved. However, with the different regions, the logistics industry in China is uneven, and it also shows different differences in space. And the research hotspots in the academia on logistics development have also changed following changes in national policies.More and more scholars have started to study objects in certain regions, such as economic belts, provinces and cities, but they have neglected to study the overall development of the country's logistics industry and its influencing factors from a holistic point of view. This paper uses a variety of channels to read a large number of documents. After analyzing the research background of the paper,it proposes research significance from two aspects. It combs the domestic and foreign research on the spatial relationship of logistics industry and the influencing factors of logistics development, and summarizes regional logistics andspatial relations.Based on the relevant theories, then based on the data of 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions other than Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan, the first-level indicators and second-level indicators are selected from different angles, and the comprehensive development level values of China's logistics industry from 2008 to 2016 are calculated using the entropy method, using Geoda software to explore their spatial relationship from both the overall and local perspectives.Based on this, the development values of the above-mentioned logistics industry are taken as an explanatoried variable, from the four perspectives of traffic development factors, such as economic development factors, information factors, and labor factors, the corresponding indicators are selected as explanatory variables, and Stata software is used to select the spatial fixed effect of the spatial error model and econometric analysis is conducted. The results show that from2008 to 2011,the factors affecting the logistics industry ranks from large to small, and they are economic factors, traffic factors, information factors, and labor factors and from 2012 to 2016,the impact of various factors have changed and the spillover or diffusion effects of traffic factors and information factors and economic factors have increased, while the effects of labor factors have weakened.Based on the results of the study,it is proposed that the national government should increase platform construction efforts, promote logistics informationization, break regional protection, strengthen regional economic cooperation, build a new type of logistics transportation system, develop multimodal transport and improve the logistics personnel training mechanism so as to help the country improve the level of the logistics industry.
