| The improvement of residents' quality of life has accelerated the upgrading of agricultural product consumption,putting forward higher requirements for the quality of agricultural products.It has become an important direction to solve the"three rural issues"by promoting the supply-side reform of agriculture.The key to promote the agricultural supply-side reform lies in the improvement of the production and circulation of agricultural products.Due to the continuous improvement of the production level and the poor circulation foundation and low efficiency,the contradiction of agricultural supply-side reform focuses on the circulation of agricultural products.Logistics is to achieve the circulation of agricultural products,to put agricultural products into agricultural production and to add farmers'income,the necessary link of efficient agricultural product logistics can accelerate agricultural product circulation,maintain the quality and safety of agricultural products and increasing the value of the agricultural product,eventually to improve the quality of supply of agricultural products.It is a solid guarantee of the reform of agricultural supply side,thus become the object of attention and focus on research.Based on relevant theories and data analysis,it shows that logistics can promote the development of economy,and the more underdeveloped the central and western regions are,the more obvious the promotion effect is.The current situation that the demand for agricultural products logistics is large,but the current low-level and inefficient agricultural products logistics can no longer meet the increasing consumer demand.The research on the efficiency of agricultural products logistics has realistic value for the circulation of agricultural products,agricultural development and regional economy,which lays the research foundation of this paper.This paper uses the panel data from 2007 to 2016 to explore the spatial characteristics of agricultural products logistics efficiency,which is divided into two levels:(1)Agricultural products logistics efficiency evaluation.Using the panel data of 30 provinces except Tibet,a comprehensive evaluation of agricultural products logistics efficiency by DEA model,to analyze the provinces and units in the provinces of eastern,central and western region space characteristics of agricultural products logistics efficiency,found that most provinces have not reached the DEA effective,efficiency of agricultural products logistics performance from top to bottom is:east,west and central.The resources input and output ratio is not reasonable.The eastern region has the highest utilization rate of logistics resources and the average annual increase of agricultural products logistics efficiency.The improvement of agricultural products logistics efficiency is restricted by technical progress index and pure technical efficiency in central and western regions respectively.(2)Research on influencing factors of logistics efficiency of agricultural products.Through the establishment of the panel data regression model,to explore the factors that influencing on the efficiency of the logistics of agricultural products logistics resources,panel data regression results show that the eastern,central and western region logistics of agricultural products logistics efficiency of investment in fixed assets is significantly negative correlation,logistics professionals,the central and western region in logistics employees quantity,degree of informatization of agricultural products logistics efficiency is significant positive correlation,logistics transportation line length on the east,middle region of agricultural products logistics efficiency is significant positive correlation.Based on the development status of regional agricultural products logistics,the utilization degree of regional logistics resource elements was clarified,and differentiated suggestions were put forward to improve the efficiency of agricultural products logistics in different regions. |
