With China’s economic development and improving people’s insurance awareness, the Chinese life insurance business has achieved rapid development, life insurance premium income reached nearly one trillion in size. Development of life insurance business to improve the social security system has played an important complementary role in promoting social and economic development. Competition is the core of human resources market competition in the industry, the insurance market is all about. The insurance industry is the insurance company marketing personnel market competition, first-line players, but also an important channel for insurance sales, so marketing staff team building, improve the training system is the focus of human resource management.ORI Life Insurance Company is the larger, well-run insurance company, insurance salespersons training system after nearly 20 years in three phases, has been better, the training system is divided into curriculum, train systems and infrastructure systems Three section. But after 2010, with the changes in the external market environment, the traditional training system problems, indicators of the company’s training has been declining. Through questionnaires, structured interviews and brainstorming on problems we were summarized and analyzed, and the theory and learning organization theory proposed training system optimization and training.Specific content as follows: The first part of the life insurance industry background and a brief introduction of the agency system; the second part of the development and current situation of ORI and its training system was introduced, the third part of the problems for the ORI company conducted an investigation, summarizes the specific issues reflect, and then analyze the reasons for the formation of the problem; the fourth related theories and issues analysis, optimization and training system; the fifth part is the conclusion.Full focus on the characteristics and problems in the development of the law of life insurance companies generated ORI training system depth analysis and discussion of the feasibility of its constructive optimization, strategic structures to a learning-oriented organization training system, the training system for the long-term development of the life insurance industry provides a reference case.
