With increasing number of insurance companies, the competition are more andmore fierce. Life insurance companies lack of effective marketing methods, the resultsdifficult to achieve. In this case, there are many training problems to be solved in theinsurance companies. The purpose of this paper is to improve the life insurancecompany’s training work, thus contributing to achievement.In this paper, the theoretical content of the training and performance are the basicof the paper. Summarizing the following problems as leaders do not attach importanceto training, training operations are not standardized, course content and trainingfacilities are not perfect, and the lecturer skills are poor. So we order to put training inleaders’ assessment, strengthen supervision on training operation, update and improvecourse content in time and improve the lecturers’ skills. Analysis of performance dataof W company, the training can promote the performance of life insurance. Therefore,life insurance companies should pay more attention to the training, and promote theperformance growth.
