In recent years,the per capita disposable income of our country has been continuously improved with the improvement of the national economic development level,and people's awareness of buying insurance has become increasingly strong.The rapid development of the insurance industry,not only benefits from the widespread awareness of insurance,but also an important channel in the insurance company-life insurance marketing channels inseparable.Since the introduction of the life insurance agent mechanism into China by the Shanghai branch of AIA in 1992,domestic insurance companies have followed suit,and the number of life insurance marketers has exploded in a very short period of time.It is undeniable that life insurance marketers play an important role in promoting the development of China's insurance industry.However,with the overall expansion of China's insurance market in 1997,the threshold of life insurance sellers became lower and lower,leading to a large number of high-quality people to quit the industry.Nowadays,the quality of marketing staff is uneven,non-compliance exhibition industry and other phenomena emerge in endlessly,resulting in the increasingly poor image of the insurance industry and the increasingly serious credibility crisis of marketing staff.Hebei is a major insurance province,with its original premium income ranking eighth in the country by the end of 2018.Accompanied by the rapid growth of the insurance marketing staff,the number of life insurance marketing staff ranked third in China.The situation of the aforementioned life insurance marketing staff team is also prominent in Hebei province,which restrains the real demand of consumers for insurance and restricts the healthy and sustainable development of life insurance industry in Hebei province.It is of great practical significance to improve the management of life insurance salesmen in Hebei province,stimulate the insurance demand of consumers and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the insurance industry to study the current situation of life insurance salesmen in Hebei province and give solutions.By using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,field investigation and induction and comparison,this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of life insurance marketing staff in Hebei province and puts forward countermeasures.Firstly,the author statistically analyzed the age,gender,tenure,education level,urban-rural ratio and income of life insurance salesmen in Hebei province through the human resource structure table of several large insurance companies in Hebei province.Secondly,by issuing electronic questionnaires,WeChat,telephone interviews and other means to the marketing staff,the statistical analysis shows that the current life insurance marketing staff in Hebei province have the following problems: Senior citizens account for a relatively high proportion,with low education level,large mobility and high professional identity,but the company has a low sense of belonging,low professional quality,serious misguidance in sales,incomplete training system,difficulty in increasing staff,unreasonable commission system and incentive mechanism,unreasonable tax,etc.Finally,through the analysis of the survey results,combined with the management experience of life insurance marketing staff in the United States,Japan,Taiwan,Hong Kong and other domestic and foreign regions and the communication with relevant insurance company practitioners,the author proposes targeted and feasible improvement measures.It mainly includes: establishing strict interview qualification examination mechanism,setting qualification examination,screening high-quality talents,perfecting training system,optimizing training content,cultivating high-precision and excellent teams,and reducing the size of marketing staff as a whole.This paper is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance,research methods,research content and structure arrangement,research implementation process,as well as the innovation points and deficiencies of the paper.The second part is the basic information statistics of life insurance marketing staff in Hebei province,specifically analyzing the current situation of life insurance marketing staff in Hebei province,such as age,gender,education level,tenure,urban-rural ratio and income.The third part is a survey on the professional behavior of life insurance salesmen in Hebei province.It mainly introduces the design idea of the questionnaire,the process of issuing and recovering the questionnaire,and finally analyzes the questionnaire.The fourth part is the existing problems of the life insurance marketing staff in Hebei province,specifically analyzed the basic information data of life insurance marketing staff in several large insurance companies in Hebei province and the problems in the questionnaire.The fourth part is the existing problems of the life insurance marketing staff in Hebei province,specifically
