With the constant deepening of reform and opening-up in our country,our country more and more enterprises enter into the world economic stage,establish overseas institutions or multinational company,many Chinese employees also because of work need to be sent to work all over the world.To maintain the stability of foreign personnel,stimulate staff's work enthusiasm,prompted the staff is willing to work abroad,to ensure the orderly growth of enterprise benefit,this paper will be based on overseas markets as the main business of ZSD company as an example,studies the incentive mechanism based on the content type incentive theory design optimization,and evaluate the incentive effect,and provide a reference for "go global" enterprises.Questions about employee motivation,domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research work,the theoretical basis for the design of incentive mechanism of enterprises,many scholars gave the design Suggestions from different theories Angle,this paper adopts literature research,comparative analysis was carried out on the existing research conclusion,the results indicate that the content type incentive theory,scholars for its practical application effect is mixed,some scholars think that poor content type incentive theory is practical,is not suitable for building modern enterprise incentive mechanism.In order to verify the practical application effect of content-type incentive theory.Based on the theory of content motivation,this paper adopts the key employee interview method to investigate the incentive needs of employees outside ZSD.The results of the study show that the incentive needs of overseas employees are mainly composed of the need of work recognition,the need of career development and the need of compensation and benefits.Through further analysis,it is found that ZSD has institutional deficiencies in performance assessment,position setting and compensation system,which can not meet the above three requirements of overseas employees.Based on this,ZSD has optimized its incentive system to meet the needs of employees.Finally,the case analysis method was adopted to ZSD company incentive effect of optimization analysis,the results of the analysis found that improve employee going abroad and enterprise benefit has been obviously improved.Therefore,it is concluded that the theoretical guidance of content type incentive theory is successful for the optimization of the incentive mechanism of ZSD company,and the application effect of the theory is the effective research conclusion.
