In last few decades,Chinese electronic companies gained more market share and complete the initial setup,by taking the advantage of lower labor and material cost,the deep and wide supplier chain,regional and scalable economy,which created the leading edge of competing with oversea players.Nowadays,the fighting game became more touch and aggressive while the market is almost full of various electronic products.Beyond innovating and upgrading the products,exploring the oversea markets,participating in the global competition,there is a topic in front of any company to seriously think over how and what to do with the mass customization,so as to satisfy the customer and consumer who comes from different region and countries,have different culture and hobby,different or personalized needs.In addition,there are quite many ODM or OEM companies,in Yangtze River Delta and Zhujiang River Delta areas,looking forward to cooperating with the branded companies,they also think about the product mass customization which will meet the differentiated customer requirements and grab more opportunities.However,the mass product customization is challenging the entire company,including organization,requirement recognition and collection,product design,engineering and Infrastructure technology solution.How A company set up an efficient organization?How to identify the customization requirement?How to design the customized products along with the normal design process?How to develop the supply chain to economically fulfill the order and production?What kind of system architecture will automate the end-to-end processes?All these rock on the way should be removed so as to build up their mass customization capabilities.Through reading the relative studies and research reports,collecting the industrial data,and analyzing A company case,the article will study on the customization requirements,the common and modelling method to design the customized parts,SKU-based BOM structure design,ordering and production management,the product lifecycle management via Sales Hit Rate measured,the automatic system architect to support the management of the customization requirement,product development in R&D,demanding and Supplying,also product lifecycle.To develop a flat matrix organization,integrate customization requirement into basic product requirements,adapt to the comprehensive engineering approach,closely monitor the order and cost,take postponement and continuous improvement method,develop highly integrated end to end systems.With the study and research,a systematic model to facilitate mass production will be defined,which would help the other companies to think over and figure out their own way to run the business in the wider market.
