With the gradual entry of China's economy to the slow stage,the advantages of foreign enterprises in China have gradually diminished.But despite the China economic transformation and growth rate of decline to foreign enterprises bring disturbance,but from a long-term perspective,good space for development in China future investment is still huge,the importance of the development strategy for the China market to the vast majority of foreign-funded enterprises has not changed,so the foreign enterprises need to put together more reasonable and effective allocation in management,especially human resourcesAs a small and medium-size enterprise,SP Company has experienced organizational change and strategic adjustment in the course of China's development.These changes in enterprises have a considerable challenge to human resource management.SP company itself is relatively weak in the salary management of human resources.In this paper,the salary management of SP Company is deeply analyzed through questionnaires and interviews.Based on the theory of job evaluation and salary management,we establish a perfect salary management system based on job evaluation for SP,and strive to improve some problems in salary management.For example,through the job evaluation to achieve internal consistency,through the market research to solve the problem of external competitive pay system,and establish a promotion channel for employees.
