A Research On Problems In The Development Of Modern Service Industry Promoted By Z District Government Of Changzhou City

With the deep development of the globalization of knowledge economy,the "service economy" in the global rapid rise,the industrial structure in all place is showing by the"industrial economy" to "service economy" transformation trend,so modern service industry plays an increasingly important role in the national economy,has become the locomotive of economic growth and the overall level of competition in modern cities.The healthy development of the modern service industry is inseparable from the government at all levels to promote and support,especially the district government in the development of modern service industry more focused on coordination standardize and guide and service functions fulfilled.However,in fact,in advancing the process of development of modern service industry in the district government,there are problems such as "absence","dislocation" and"offside",which more or less impact on the rapid development of modern service industry.So from the perspective of government functions,the district government in promoting the development of modern service industry in the status quo,problems,causes andcountermeasures,has important theoretical significance and practical value for optimization of local government functions.Above all,this paper,take Zhonglou District of Changzhou City as an example,through literature research,data analysis,field interviews and other methods to describe the modern service industry development,summarize the duties and functions of the modern service industry development district government,point out the problems that the district government to promote modern service industry development;reason analysis;development of modern service economy experience to draw inspiration to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions based on major domestic and foreign governments of countries and regions,in order to play the positive role of government economic behavior,so as to promote the modern service industry in local health development.
