The Study On The Level And Impact Of Trade Facilitation Between China And Arab States In The Context Of "The Belt And Road"

The friendship between China and Arab countries goes back to ancient times,strong bilateral trade complementarity,and there is ample room for development.It is of great significance to strengthen bilateral trade cooperation.Trade facilitation has become an important means to promote the development of China-Arab trade.The study of the cooperation mechanism for trade facilitation between China and Arab countries is a new exploration for the development of China-Arab trade and has important practical significance.This paper analyzes the development history and problems of trade facilitation between China and Arab countries,we also considered comprehensively the influence of various factors such as infrastructure and regulatory environment on trade acilitation.Based on that,we established a more scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system to measure the level of trade facilitation,specifically include four first-level indicators and 29 second-level indicators.We determined the weight of indicators at all levels of trade facilitation by using Delphi method and AHP combined scientific methods,and the comprehensive value of China-Argentina trade facilitation was finally calculated.The calculation results show that the general trend of trade facilitation between China and Arab countries has increased,indicating that the trade facilitation between China and Arab countries has been continuously improved.This paper uses the gravity model to analyze the impact of trade facilitation on the export trade of various countries,further analyzes the level of trade facilitation in Arab countries and the impact of various levels of indicators on China's export trade.The results show that the level of trade facilitation has a significant positive impact on export trade,comparing with other influencing factors,trade facilitation has a greater effect on export trade.For Arab countries,the level of trade facilitation has a significant positive impact on China's export trade,that is to say,the higher the level of trade facilitation in the Arab countries,the more favorable it is to promote China's export trade.Finally,this paper combines the "The Belt and Road" background and proposes countermeasures to improve and enhance the level of trade facilitation between China and Arab countries.
